Jerrandy Court Storm Drain Improvement Project

Background

The Jerrandy Court Storm Drain Improvement Project area is located in the unincorporated area of Sacramento County. The project area consists of approximately 105 acres of low-density residential development and farmland.  It is bounded to the north by Florin Road, to the south by Danridge Drive, to the east by Gardner Avenue, and to the west by Hayward drive.
The project was initiated in response to multiple street flooding reports on Jerrandy Court over several years.

Description of Project:

The project will install approximately 310 lineal feet of upsized storm drain pipe, two (2) manholes, one (1) drainage inlet, and appurtenant structures. The new pipe system will better capture and convey runoff during minor and major storm events, resulting in reduced localized street flooding.
See project location map below for further detail.
